My life is lit

I have come a long way since I graduated as a scrawny nerdy kid from highschool. I was still a virgin! Leading up to that point, well to the point I joined the army, I used to live like a plant who grew up inside a glass box. I may have been a bad ass in elementary school as a little kid, but as my puberty hit, the "Asian brainwashing" began and I became just like any other stereotypical Asian kid, who studies a lot and likes to play video games. Well for the last part, I still enjoy playing video games but that's besides the point. Joining the military was like a wake up call for me. It was like a hard splash of cold water of reality on my face. In some parts of the training, I faced dangers which could have killed me, and as a matter of fact killed other fellow soldiers in the past. The training was rigorous and hardcore, every morning I had to wake up at 6am and exercise whether it was burning hot or freezing cold. I recall laying down on the snow in my short for an exercise, and asking myself, is this real life? Anyways I was lucky that I joined KATUSA, short for Korean Augmentation to the US Army, and I had many luxuries my fellow korean army soldiers did not, such as buffet cafeterias which put 4star hotel buffets to shame, a nice double room bunkers as opposed to 10 people per room barracks in the Korean Army, and lastly the option to leave the base after 6pm and on weekends. The Korean army only gave like 6 days of holidays throughout the 2 years of mandatory service. After I left the army, I took risks, such as traveling to different countries, going to bars and clubs, and meeting new people. Something I've never really done by myself in the past. I was truly independent. Just a few months ago, I went sky diving, and I'm not afraid to take risks anymore. I'm glad I went to the army. I was reborn as man. This year is 2018, year of dogs. And I was born in the year of the dog. I am the dog. This year I plan to make a lot of money. I really want to live to my fullest and succeed this year.
